This Lodge is definitely worth a visit or two. Absolutely delicious! I tried the BBLT with turkey and cheese and it doesn’t disappoint. The chips are good but I also tried the fries and they were excellent as well. Service was amazing and Daniel was the one who served us and was fantastic. Made sure we had a great experience and that we did. Atmosphere was cool with the hunters style decor. Definitely recommend this gem and will be back to try something different.
A comfortable place to eat great bar food and salads. The smashburgers are fantastic. The service is warm and efficient. It's a local favorite and people are often waiting for it to open. Nothing fancy, but they didn't pretend to be. Just great food and service.
If you’re in South Haven, you have to check out The Lodge, it’s hands down one of my favorite spots in town. The chicken is absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The drinks are just as good, whether you’re in the mood for something refreshing or a fun night out. But what really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredible, so friendly, attentive, and they make you feel right at home every time you walk in. Great food, great drinks, and even better people. This place never disappoints!
Great experience all around! From the hostess, to the waiters, everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty of tvs all around too. Good prices, excellent food. Had a chicken sandwich with egg and bacon which was delicious! Highly recommend. If you're in South Haven, you HAVE TO go to The Lodge!
The food's good. I've tried a bunch of their menu items and they've all been tasty. The OG chicken sandwich is my usual. If you're after a standard chicken sandwich you'd find anywhere else, this one's way better. Their fried chicken is well-seasoned and juicy. If you're in the mood for a sweet treat, the funnel fries are good too. The vibe is great, and so is the service.
I am a tourist to South Haven first time. The owner of Airbnb house where I stay at, shared with me about this restaurant. I had to wait till I finish my first triathlon race today. I got a good dinner for myself. I ordered the deviled eggs with special, the shakedown, and smoked salmon dip. All were so delicious! I would give this restaurant more than just five stars. I highly recommend to tourists!!!!
DO IT! TRY THIS! GO HERE! From the chill vibe and friendly service, to the lip smacking food, I'd highly recommend you pull up a chair and stay a while. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were just what we were hoping for and it didn't break the bank. We'll be back!
Above and beyond service from Halie (sp?) Not your average bar food either. The deviled eggs are outstanding. I added the bacon crumbles. My husband said the chicken & waffles are some of the best he's ever had. And the blueberry jam that goes with them, well I dipped my quesadillas in it. WOW! Yes please
WOW! the chicken sandwiches are the bomb. We also had the caramelized onion dip. Has a little kick but soooooo good. The broaster was down for large pices of chicken but could still do the tenders so that's what we hot on our sandwiches. OG for me and Firebird for my partner. Both so flavor packed. He chose fries as his side and I upgraded to the Mac and cheese. We will be back.
Wow! We have been wanting to try this place for a while and just made it in. They were super busy, but service was fantastic and efficient. Food was better than expected. Chicken tenders better than Raising Cane’s. Fun, creative cocktails. A+ !
